I just wanted to share with everyone that I have successfully completed the install of Ticks adjustable clutch master cylinder to eliminate my stock clutch cylinder problems. All I can say is, Wow! The clutch finally operates as it should in a manual corvette. Amazingly, the stock clutch in my 96SS camaro has close to the same pressure from the factory. The only part that ever broke on that car was the actual clutch fork.
The install was time consuming as I spent time making sure everything was perfect. I was able to bleed the slave by reaching into the tunnel with a 7/16" wrench and flush the whole system out. The three nuts on the clutch pedal assembly were by far the most difficult part of the install. The bleeder was actually very easy to see and get a wrench on it. For those of you that are experiencing clutch pedal issues this install is a must!
I want to thank Tick for engineering a great product! I can finally enjoy driving this thing again!

Thanks for the post. I have gone back and forth wondering whether this really worked or not. I have read some that said that they still had the clutch pedal problem after the install. I have tried everything short of this mod.

The standard Tick MC moves a lot more fluid than stock GM, and doesn't work well with some clutches. My RPS twin engages in about 1/4" of travel, making the car difficult to drive in traffic. Tick will sell one with a different bore, to better match an aftermarket clutch.
I just bought a C5z with this clutch, and while it's quite nice, it's super short. Like 1.5" of throw short. Normal?
If by "throw", you mean distance of pedal movement, then mine wasn't affected; but if you mean area of engagement, that's WAY more than mine. Sorry if I misunderstood.

Yes movement of pedal, quite short. Not sure on the area of engagement. I've driven my fathers 07 c6 and it's quite a bit longer, like an average vehicle.

I'm glad i didn't get one when I did my clutch swap. The Centerforce DYAD does not have all that much in the way of travel for modulating in traffic either.
