Hate front license plates but I live in a State that requires them. At least the C5 has a spot dedicated for the plate so it doesn't look so bad, unlike the C6 and C7. I know there are motorized flip out plates but, wouldn't it be great if someone came out with a motorized way to flip the plate within the C5 mounting area, instead of from under the nose. Just have it flip in place, one side is the plate and the other is the Corvette plate cover. Hmmm, this could be a project.
Just be like a lot of others here on the forum - drive the car without the front plate and dare the LEOs to stop you.
I already do drive without it on. I noticed about one in every ten vehicles in my town don't have them on, so it's not a big deal for LEO's here. Still would be a nice option to be able to flip the plate out on the fly, when out of town.

I hardly see any with a front plate here in my area.
