Play in steering wheel
My 03 Z's steering has free play on it. Turning the steering well left or right does not bring instant response from the tires. I notice it much more as my 2013 CTS is much more responsive and tight. What is the cause for this and how is it fixed?

check the connection at the rack. There is a bolt there that may have come loose. Mine had a little play after I pinned the crank. I had to remove the bolt and clean the threads. Re-tightened and solved the problem. It does not take much play to really feel it the wheel.
