Hi, I'm new here. I have been reading the forum to find out a lot about my new C5. I have a copy of the Lingenfelter build sheet but am trying to get a window sticker. I purchased one 15 years ago for my 78 Silver Anniversary from Triple A Ent. I've emailed them twice but with no response. Are they still in business. If not is there someone who makes window stickers beside them. The NCM says they don't make window stickers any more only build sheets. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

WTF? WHY ?
Damn It...I know I should have bit the bullet and got one long time ago...
When the museum did do it it seems like it was around $50 to order one. I've always wanted to get one and a build sheet but that's pretty steep for a sheet a paper to get printed and mailed to you.
I had recently read that the problem with the window sticker was that the supplier was not getting (or printing) the correct data for a given VIN. Some sheets had the wrong information sch as not showing options, wrong prices or missing information.
With the NCM staff hip deep in the celebration going on, it's certainly possible that the website has not been updated. Check the website next week for updates or call them in a week or so.
I have one for my 78 Silver Anniversary and I already have the Lingenfelter build sheet showing it as a 383 stroker, and would like to have a replica of the window sticker to frame with the build sheet. Just sort of useful info and cool.
This one is free and pretty cool since you don't have one.http://corvetteparts.com/page/sticker, once it loads in Adobe save the file. upload it ina editor and you can replace the word "Build sticker" with the chevy emblem and words like the original.
I was at NCM yesterday and they said the window sticker wasn't available by itself but you could get it if you purchase the build sheet too.$90 for both + shipping.

That was what I was looking for. I was able to print a good looking window sticker from them. Although later I might see about a build sheet and window sticker from NCM. Thank You very much. Lingenfelter sent me a copy of their build sheet by email free. With a dyno print out. I've found out so much about this car in just the month I've owned it. Thanks again-DBH
What's the big deal with the window sticker anyway? All the options are on the glove box sticker already. What's so cool, the EPA PMG estimate??
Depends on what you want for the car. The window sticker shows the standard equipment, the base price of the specific car, all of the options as either packages or individual option and their cost. And the final MSRP including the delivery charge.
The sticker also show the name of the dealer where the car was delivered, the order number, and the dealer number.

because someone thinks it will add value or be worth something one day like the wagon wheels..On a side note not sure if people know but the build sheet is in the front bumper support area..All you need is the vin to tell you what the car has..i could care less about a window sticker but some people...
It's part of having original information and documentation for the history of your car. If you show your car, it catches peoples eye I have observed, and they spend more time at your car. Not a big deal...but you might as well create one as long as it is free...This is my wife's sticker I created on the free site listed above.

This is awesome! What a great web site! I guess you need the full (expensiver), version of Adobe to edit the document?

No...I screen captured it and saved it as a JPG file which allowed me to use my photo editor. You could copy and paste the bowtie and phrase from mine on the previous post once you create yours and save it as a photo. Jim

Still not sure what it adds, not much useful info there vs. what's on the glovebox sticker. Actually the glovebox sticker is probably more useful.

I don't think it adds any value, it's just something interesting to look at. It lists the costs of all the options and the base price from when the car was new, and shows the options in plain English rather than codes. It's interesting to put on the car at car shows.
