Chadwick'ed

After reading in this forum about Chadwicks I had to try it - as I mentioned in another thread I had a couple of questions and made an error in my shipping choice that Neil corrected saving me a substantial amount of shipping costs.
Well Neil even called me to ensure my questions were answered properly - that my friends is customer service.
My package arrived today - so during lunch I did the roof and back deck of my Silver C5 - I'm amazed - it really does work.
Now the 'Vette was clean and waxed before so I tried the front fender of my metallic Red JK Jeep - which was filthy because of all the rain we've had in S Florida - it works - just like he says it does - no fuss - and I get the same clean and shine that took me hours before not to mention the multitude of products I had to use to get from here to there.
Just cool I can't wait to do the rest of the 'Vette and finish off the Jeep.
Now I have to order more to make sure I don't run out of this stuff.
You know Chadwick's TriplePlay caught on like wild fire over here in the C5 section and the guy's in the C6 section haven't found out how great this stuff is yet.

Tonight, I started with a *dirty* Vette at about 6:05 EST. I did the whole car and the tires (and even washed the glass, but there is no special cleaner for that) and finished about 7:10 EST. I'm shocked. Absolutely stunned. I have no idea what is in this stuff, but *nothing* has ever cut through the road gunk at the base of the wheel wells like this. I still have swirls and microscratches, but the car looks as good, to my eye, as it does when I finish with the Adam's. We shall see how it holds up. If it holds up, I'm going to try it on my truck. If the results are similar, I will be a convert. If you're a cleaning hobbyist, Adam's is the way to go. If you just want your car to gleam so you can drive the hell out of it, this looks like it may be the way to go.

Don't even get me started about the tire dressing - that stuff is just off the hook!
Regarding the customer service, you'd be hard pressed to find many businesses that are as responsive as Neil is. I asked him for some advice thru PM and he was amazingly quick to respond (don't know how he does it because I'm sure he gets tons of questions just looking from what I can see from the forums). Since I have a vert and I had been using Raggtopp to clean it in the past, I asked him what he used on his and he said the Triple Play can basically be used on everything including the top, glass, wheels, interior. Which kind of pisses me off because now I have a full bottle of Raggtopp that I can't use anymore
Since it was the first time and I was a little hesitant at first, it took me about an hour and a half to do the whole car including the top, windows, wheels and tires (like everyone else says...the tire dressing is off the chain!). It's amazing how smooth the paint feels after using the block. It's the craziest method I've ever heard of and it doesn't seem like it would be possible to replace washing and waxing but I'm sold. It's Chadwick's for me from now on. Now, I will say someone mentioned somewhere on the forum that after doing their car, it seems like some scratches and paint chips stand out more and I kinda agree. I only have a couple of paint chips but they do seem to jump out you now, so now touching them up is a priority.
I know there are plenty of naysayers out there but most of them haven't tried it. Sucks for them cause they're missing out. This stuff is legit. Thanks Neil!
