[Z06] engine missing at idle

engine missing at idle
HI, I just bought my first vette I purchased not knowing about how they run the salesman said all z06 idle rough cause of the cam is this true it runs strong there are no codes coming on the dash , I,m thinking maybe wires and plugs I also have a roughness when driving 75mph and up,i feel a roughness then ok then rough every 5 seconds like a grinder when you turn the handle its rough then ok then rough, like the tires may need balancing but its not shaking, something not wright anyone have this problem ?
