I just received my Triple Play Kit and I had a question for Neil about the No Sling Tire Dressing, so I emailed him and within 10 minutes he called me. He couldn't answer my email because he was out driving, but wanted to get right back to me. He answered my question a long with some other great pointers.
That is GREAT customer service. I just wanted to share my experience with Neil and say thanks Neil...
Just finished Chadwicking my 2000 Vert and I am super happy with the results. Great products...

After you use his product a couple times, it seems to get easier and easier to clean the car. This stuff gives a great shine, and is so easy to use. Just spray it on, keep changing/using clean microfiber towels, and that's it....
I can't imagine (for me) ever using anything else.

Feels weird to say that I haven't used water on my car all year.....But no looking back to conventional ways. Detailer results in 40 minutes, including wheels/tires.

Interesting thing I found was that a second final buff appears to improve the result. My procedure is spray a panel, let it sit for 30 seconds or so, wipe with a dampened microfiber towel, turn that towel over to a dryer portion of the towel and wipe off the excess. Let that dry and buff with a separate clean dry microfiber to a clear, dry gloss. Do the remainder of the car like this. Then come back and do a quiick buff again with the second towel I used on the first buff - maybe I'm seeing things but it appears to become 'more' optically clear. I initially thought I wasn't completely getting the dried product completely off with the first buff, but that isn't it. Seems that it 'sets' or 'cures' after about 30 minutes or so. Hey Neil, is this just wishful thinking LOL
I was a skeptic when I initially heard of the product, but I've come around.

I guess that makes two of us! I noticed this too but thought I was just having wishful thinking lol.
Just for giggles, I compared Zaino Z8 to Chadwick's on a small panel and I could not tell any difference at all. Remember that Z8 is just a stand alone detailer so thumbs up for Chadwick's! I'll post a pic when I get a chance She's not on the ground currently due to headers I'm installing
