Default Overheating

I have an overheating problem that I can't seem to find the answers to.. My 99 is completely stock I have changed thermostat , water pump and radiator. Done the gas test on the radiator/expansion tank. it stayed blue.
I don't seem to have any flow to or from the radiator While warm I can squeeze either hose and have the sides touch. .with the car at Idle as it heats up at about 225-230F. the expansion tank will fill and overflow. The thermostat is built into the neck I tried the factory 188F same results went to a 160F same results. I bled the air every way known and posted anywhere on the internet and repair manual had to offer up . cleaned out the coolant bleed screw/tube under the intake which was clogged badly My oil is not cloudy no sweet smell or smoke in the exhaust I am using dex-cool. tested the fans with a snap on diagnostics all could be activated with it.

Anything I haven't tried I am willing to just need a direction

Sounds like you have air in the system.
This is inevitable when ever something is removed from the cooling system.

Run the engine till it reaches operating temp.
Loosen the cap on the reserve tank just a bit.
Squeeze the upper radiator hose off and on until you see no more air/ water being released from the cap.
Tighten the cap, and that should take care of your over heating problem.

Bob.

Have you replaced your coolant lately? If so how much did it take to bring it back to full. Air is one thing but if the radiator is plunged up it can still circulate coolant without actually cooling it. DexCool has been known to turn into gel specially if topped of with wrong type of antifreeze. When the car warms up check the radiator for cold spots with IR thermometer.

i'll assume it was overheating "before" you changed all this stuff, by my interpretation of how i'm reading your post.

even though you can activate the fans with the snap on scanner, do they come on under their own? if not, the temp sensor may be your issue.
