Driver door shell separating

I've noticed that my driver side door she'll has come loose from the "frame" of the door which is causing my window to not be right with the seal and my mirror to be bouncy while driving. Anyone had this issue or know of a good fix?

I will after work. It looks like there is a rubber bump stop in the door jam that the door shell is hitting before the hinge stops the door from opening too far, which is pushing the shell out
