I can't remember the last time I looked down at the speedometer. I use the Hud. THe only thing I look at the cluster for is the oil temp.

When I had my C5 I used it exclusively for MPH--1999 Pewter with Magnesium rims. Darn I miss that car!

Of course . . I only use the HUD - -with not needing to have your eyes leave the road, I honestly don't understand why it isn't a mandate for every car.

A quick glance at gauges once in awhile to make sure temps/pressures are OK - -but HUD's the primary focus.

Use mine all the time when I can see it. In bright sunshine and wearing polarized sun glasses, it can be hard to see.

Absolutely! All the time. Only time I can't use it is when the sun hits the system and obscures visibility.

Why do you ask?

Yes, however FWIW if you are wearing polarized sunglasses it is barely visible.

it's great at night .. my eye sight isn't what it used to be at night (getting old sucks ) so I watch the road, surroundings, etc. a little better at night and don't have to look down to check speed.

Same here. Kind of wish it did just so I'd know if I liked it or not.
It has a bunch of other options I don't give a crap about except that one.

Just curious. I've had my 2003 for about a month and I haven't used it that much. I guess I'm just not used to it being available because I have never had a car with that as an option before...which made me wonder how many others actually used it.
