I have tried searching but to no avail. I have c6 Z06 wheels 18 and 19s with 255/35/18 and 295/30/19 running r888s and need some new tires.
These wheels are stock c6 offsets so I have about 1/4" spacers in rear. I'm about to throw on my flared fenders and add an inch billet adapter to hopefully get the wheels pushed out far enough.
What are the widest tires I can run with this setup? Also, something with a little more sidewall? These tires now look like rubber bands. Need a little bit more to fill up the wheel well.
Thanks for any responses guys. I've had these damn fenders forever it seems like and money has been tied up so I haven't had the chance to mess with it.
Double check your wheel size. The C6 Z's do run a 19x12. I am running 2" L5 wide fenders with 20x12's with 345 25 20's in the rear. These are a C6 Z06 offset and had to use a 3/4" or 20mm hubcentric adapter to push them out enough. If you have 19x12 wheel you should be able to run between a 325 to 345 30 19 tire. If its a 19x10 you could get a cool 315 30 19 on them.

3/4" spacers? how much wheel stud is left or did you replace those with longer ones ?
Reason I ask is, I'm thinking about ditching the 5 spoke C6 repro's and going with the same C6 style but in a OEM wheel !
I guesstimate there was around 1/4" of stud poking out past the face of the adapter. Didn't have to cut them though. The back side of the wheel had dished out areas I guess from casting and the studs lined up perfect with them. Everything bolted up flush.

Hmmmmm to me a 1/4" of stud left seem a little short.
I was wondering just how much of the lug nut is actually being threaded onto the stud ?
The adapters bolt up to the wheel studs. The adapters have studs made into them that the wheel mounts to. Let me find a pic and Ill post it. Here's a few reference pics. Hope these help. You can see the casting hollow areas on the back side of the wheel. The extra stud length fits in these hollows.

Oh OK, I get it. The adapter has studs as well.... I should have thought before I shot my mouth off. I used the same damn thing on my 87 C4 when I put 93 "Salad Shooters" wheels on it. !
