Passenger headlight not working

Passenger headlight not working
Hey guys. So I was out tonight. Everything working just fine. Then as I got in my 99 FRC and started it up flipped the headlights much to my dismay the passenger side didn't open. The light is on but it didn't open.
Like I said the light is on, but the lid doesn't lift. I will note that the motor is spinning but the lid isn't opening.
Thoughts? Gears? I replaced driver side with brass and the seller I bought it from two years ago said he had replaced the passenger side. Who knows if that's true though
