Have you ever seen this? Upon turning my driving lights on, the headlights opened (but headlights did not come on). As I didn't want the lids open, (only my driving lights), I turned the switch to close them, which they did, but the motor would not shut off. My question is: I'm sure the gear is stripped in the motor which needs to be replaced, but why did the doors open when I activated the driving lights? Is there another gremlin? Thanks guys!
Any mods done to the front end bulbs? Corner LEDs, HID fogs/LOs/Highs? Checked your battery recently?
I haven't had much experience with the gears, but it does seem that would be an issue with the motor still running...Also just read this thread (Post #4) and if true, sounds like your situation. https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...eadlights.html
