If you have a light oak interior and have custom door panels, please share. I am going to replace mine and I am torn between staying stock or going with something custom.
I had mine redone in leather, along with a few other pieces.
Very nice! Great/Cool idea taking the Oak up the A Pillars and over. That's what makes the door treatment work!! Really creates a nice "wrap" effect with the black being in the middle as opposed to the stock Black over Oak scheme. Good job!
By the way, what seats are those...A4s...Caravaggio maybe?
Thanks, Frank! Your observations are exactly what I had in mind when thinking about the upgrade. I prefer "zones" of color, as opposed to the every-other-piece-is-an-alternate-color scenario. A little easier on the eyes, IMHO, but to each their own.
The seats are Recaro Evo 8s out of a Lancer. Here's a link to my original post regarding the upgrades.
Thanks a bunch. I love the flow too. I am going to look into something similar. I want the top of the panels light oak if possible because I want contrast with my NBM paint and the black doesn't contrast the blue well (same for your BGM). I was thinking my options were limited to putting more light oak down lower but there is more than one way to skin a cat!
