Default Another sad wreck yesterday

It's just not worth it. Everyone be careful and enjoy your ride responsibly. At least the passenger survived. Amazing anyone survived from the photos.

Wow! I'm amazed that the passenger survived. What a horrible scene.

I feel very sorry for the families and friends of those two men.
100+ mph on public roads is rarely a good idea. I don't know the road or conditions but if you must go that fast pick your spots very carefully.
Unless you are on a closed course or race track anything can and many times does happen. Remember we are not alone out there.

100 MPH on public roads is nuts, PERIOD. When you crash or kill someone or a family, it becomes an accident. Don't have the talent or ***** to get on the tracks available, then buy a Prius.

I agree with you 100%. It's not something I would ever do, but you and I both know some people will. I just want them to think real hard before they kill themselves or worse some innocent family just out for a ride. I'm not sure it is an accident when you willfully endanger others with your actions.

Maybe a dip in the road, and the car got "light" as it came back up, out of the dip.....

Not always, depends on the road, conditions, and traffic. People get up to rates of speed not that different when passing in certain situations.

Speed does not always kill. Stupid is what kills. The same thing can happen at 70 MPH or 80 mph, and those are legal limits in a lot of places.

I don't ever recommend acting a fool on the road.

A horrible way to go....I just don't understand 100MPH on public roads.

Our roads around my area of the world are rarely safe for the speed limit with all the pot holes and craters...definitely wouldn't dream of 100 mph around here not even on the interstate.

Prayers for the family.

I'm not sure if the car had run flats or not but if it did and you then add pavement separators or potholes, your just asking for trouble. I've hit pavement separators at 80 mph with the Goodyears and it really gives me a scare.
