Racing mirrors for C5?
Does anyone make something similar that fits C5's?

I don't know of anything made specifically for a C5, but I remember seeing someone on here a few years back with carbon fiber motorcycle mirrors. Looked really cool and went well with the rest of the build.

!!!!. Funny, I don't recall seeing any of the C5R Corvette racing organization putting on aftermarket mirrors on the most dominate car in it's era, O'Yeah, they didn't need to !!

I'm going for a black and red theme on my car, which is part weekend cruiser, part track/autocross toy. Thought they might look good and a bit racey.
Considering the other sins people do to their Corvettes from their Mid America buying sprees (chrome tail light louvres, anyone?), I think these are pretty innocuous.
However, if none exist that are a direct fit, I would be worried about the fit being questionable - so I'll probably pass and just wrap the mirrors in matte vinyl or something like that.
