Okay so when I leave my key in the "on" position for more than like 10 seconds and then start my car I get the reduced engine power message and CEL light. But if I start it within like 3 seconds of putting the key in I dont. All I have to do to make it go away is reset the codes every time. And start it within 3 or so seconds and it's fine.

Before doing this, I followed everyone's advice to replace the battery, but that did no good and the problem reoccurred a few days after buying a Optima Yellow-top battery.
After the problem resurfaced, I pulled the wiring harness out of the driver's door and mine looked just like the pics on this page. I wrapped a layer of electrical tape around the exposed wire, and the problem was solved.

You're welcome. Let us know whether the door wiring was the problem. FWIW, my problem surfaced just a couple of weeks ago and I fixed it last Saturday.
Today, I'm planning to pull the passenger side door harness to check whether it has exposed wires and if so, I'll add some tape to insulate it.
Also, one of the strongest symptoms was that when this would happen, my driver's side control panel stopped working. None of the switches would work. For example, when this was going on, I could not roll down the passenger side window from the driver's control panel, but I could roll it down from the passenger control panel.
Also, my Window Valet acted funky. When I tried to roll up the windows using the fob, the driver's side would not go up, and the passenger side would only go up a few inches at a time until it reached the end of the travel, then the window valet kept trying to roll up the window.
