Speedo inop.

HELP much appreciated.
Just removed and replaced (same unit) the gauge cluster from my 98 C5. After all was put together the speedo reads 4mph while not moving, does not move when key is in On position (all other gauge do their thing) and under motion it doesn't register speed. No codes show.

I remember one Thread in the past who had a similar issue. It was just a stuck needle. He accessed it and moved it and it started working.
