I know it is a day early but just wanted to thank all of the Veterans in the forum for their service to this GREAT COUNTRY.

Thank you for your service to this great nation. Your families have also made a great sacrifice and we honor them also. It must be so stressful to have a loved one so far away in harm's way.

I too wish to pay 'Respect' to all that have served, and especially to those who gave the ultimate sacrifice !!!! C As a Vietnam Era veteran, I wish we would have had the today's respect that came from serving our country, no regrets !!

Just got home from Indiana after celebrating the Marine Corps birthday and Veterans Day with several of the guys I was in boot camp with 47 years ago. We took a side trip to the National Air Force Museum in Dayton, OH and visited the graves of two of our buddies who were killed in Vietnam that are buried nearby. Semper Fi
