What are the things called that bolt behind both seats and look like they slant to the back....

I think on the Miata they were called Aero Fairings...
I would call them convertible deck lid humps...

It's called a Caravaggio pace car deck lid.....available on the http://www.caravaggiocorvettes.com/ 03 exterior
