I'd like to replace my scratched door glass along with the belt line weatherstrip. New OEM is very expensive and I'm afraid used OEM may not be much better than what I already have. Has anyone bought door glass from Rock Auto? It's new and much more reasonably priced, but I'm concerned with quality issues. Thanks.

Maybe try a Corvette salvage operation ? Put a WTB in the parts section ?
I would also go with a used glass. Since glass doesn't wear out, and the quality is established, I don't see any problem , other than it wouldn't come wrapped up and pretty. Plus recycling auto parts supports all old cars and saves resources while doing it.
Additionally, you would never have to answer questions about what happened to the car that caused it to have non GM glass on this side. Also, no problems with tint or fitment, if it is a little off size, or is thinner, it won't track well. I would assume size is not an issue, yet I also know, as the poster must also, modern products. it might be a cheaper because it uses less material.
I once answered questions about why my car had an extra clear coat, was it ever wrecked? The car just had an extra clear coat applied when I had some stickers taken off, but I had to carefully go around the doors and openings to show no repairs. An extra clear coat is not easy to spot, window glass has markings.
