They will fit with flared fenders. Otherwise they will stick out a bunch. I just went through this dilemma. Just received today my Corvette Creationz flared fenders and House of Wheels C6 Z06 wheels, 19x12 & 18x9.5. If you call and speak with Bob down there and tell him what you have he will know the offset you want. The front offset in the 18" size require a C5 offset, not the C6 offset.

Lots of discussion about this on the forum but sometimes hard to find. They do stick out but it's not much, a lot of guys have done it. You can offset that with a slightly skinnier tire than the OEM 325s.
I originally had 285-35-19 on the rear
Without spacers the rim itself touches the inner fender. Now with the 325-30-19 it slightly rubs in turns when there a dip or raise. I'm OK with it.
