Plugs and Wires?

Can anyone tell me what is a good set of plugs/wires for the C5?? I have found many posts about this from 2010/2011 time frame. I have looked and looked for the NGK TR55 or the a/c delco iridium plugs and also the GM red wires. I think those plugs aren't sold any more. It looks like a lot of the plugs are now platinum or nickle. Can someone tell me some good plugs along with part numbers and where they were purchased? And the same with wires?
I'm just running a stock 1999 C5. No real mods have been done.

Check with Gene Culley at cultragperformance.com. He can tell you if the AC Delco Iridium plugs and GMPP red wires are still available.

I believe the iridium plugs were replaced with the platinum, anyway, thats what I used this summer as well as new wires. Not an easy job.

I went with NGK TR51 iridium plugs with the NGK wire set. They seem to work well. The price point was the same as the GM Red wires. I got them at my local auto parts store (lordco). I am sure any parts store would carry the NGK, but not the GM OEM wires.
