Congrats on your fine example of a C5 and welcome to C5 nation. The wealth of information, money saving repairs and parts, and the outstanding support of the members and vendors will make your Corvette experience invaluable and worry-free.
You guys aren't joking about the wealth of information here. Dim HVAC display - fixed (Even though I later sent to Daves Corvette Ilumination for LED upgrade). Pre-warmup chirp from under the hood - fixed with a new set of Gatorbacks. Cracked HUD bezel - fixed thanks to OEM part from Gene Culley and instructions found here. Great information, great vendors and great cars!

Very classic color combo, a great foundation for future mods!! You mentioned that no future performance mods are planned, Hummmm, I've heard that one before, lol! May I suggest a simple mod/s that won't break the bank, K&N filter, and lowering it a 'tad' for additional visual appeal!! And by the way, Welcome to owning "America's Only Sports Car"!!
Welcome fellow white vette owner. Very similar to mine except mines a coupe. Arctic White with Light Oak leather interior. Great choice IMHO...
Thanks! Any pics of your interior? Always looking for a new idea.

What is the value to the K&N filter? I've also read their not a straight forward install. I've also considered lowering to improve the stance. I want to get my 2010 GS rims on first. Do you think most have luck improving the stance just by lowering using the stock bolts?
Long time lurker joining today to sell some items. Figured I might as well make an introduction to OurC5.
2004 White Vert w/Light Oak top. Stock from a performance standpoint but have added some cosmetic mods. Standard chrom lettering on the outside, exhaust plate, etc. more interior mods including full LED upgrade, console and arm rests, new seat skins from Interior Innovations, stereo upgrade to a DD system, and a few others I'm sure I forgot. Mrs. OurC5 picked up a set of 2010 GS repo wheels and new slotted and drilled rotors for Xmas which will include painting calipers black when added.
Won't post much but alway enjoy reading everyone's threads. Hope you like our addition to the community.
