It's your car, most people will not know the difference. For me I would not put them on my car. My car has c6 style wheels but to me badging is saying something it's not.
I like custom cars, customization really has no limits. I like looking at custom cars, I like looking at Stock Cars, I think I love cars... I wouldn't do it to mine but would love to see it on yours.
I'm in the no category for my car, but you are talking about "your" car. That is all up to you my friend.
I had a young man (about 8) ask me the other day if my car was a stingray when I told him, "No,", I saw it kind of hurt his feelings. I told him that my car was a 2001 corvette and was not considered a stingray. He perked up knowing it was a vette and wanted to look inside. I asked his mom if it was alright if I let him sit in it, and after her approval, let him sit in it. While I showed him a few things in the car, I pointed out to him that there were much older corvettes called stingrays and there are new corvettes called stingrays, but for a long time chevrolet did not call a corvette a stingray. He liked the HUD a lot, being shorter, he had to lift up to see it in the windshield. I don't think he cared one bit after the tour that my car was not a stingray.
