Vette Brakes has some good alignment specs for the street (along with autocross and track baseline specs) although they are not the OEM GM specs. Just click on "Alignment Specs" which will open the .pdf document.
Any good alignment shop with a computer-controlled rack will have the OEM C5 alignment specs loaded in their machine.
