Default Battery box for a C5?

Was just wondering if anyone makes a battery box for the c5's. I worry about a battery leak and messing up the computer under the battery

The battery pad's referenced above do help but they are not a complete answer IMHO. A glass mat battery, while more expensive than a conventional lead acid battery, is a better alternative if you are concerned about acid leakage, again IMHO. I have them in my C5 and truck which also has the PCM located directly under the battery.
Unless you have a catastrophic failure of the battery case, the mat will prevent any acid from reaching the PCM. It should have came from the factory with one. A cracked AGM case will leak acid, too.

I just ordered one sold by JEGS. $1 more than your $8 model, but more than twice the size. I will cut it down and have enough left for second car.
BTW - no Corvette tax on these......hee hee

Not sure, but I think that one absorbs the acid, but doesn't neutralize it.
