I've never seen anything that would work with the battery tie down system from the factory that is in the C5. Seriously doubt you will find anything that would not require you fabricating an alternative solution to securing the battery.
The battery pad's referenced above do help but they are not a complete answer IMHO. A glass mat battery, while more expensive than a conventional lead acid battery, is a better alternative if you are concerned about acid leakage, again IMHO. I have them in my C5 and truck which also has the PCM located directly under the battery.
Unless you have a catastrophic failure of the battery case, the mat will prevent any acid from reaching the PCM. It should have came from the factory with one. A cracked AGM case will leak acid, too.
I just ordered one sold by JEGS. $1 more than your $8 model, but more than twice the size. I will cut it down and have enough left for second car.
BTW - no Corvette tax on these......hee hee

Not sure, but I think that one absorbs the acid, but doesn't neutralize it.
