[Z06] z51 vs z06 c6 help ?

you might try posting in the C6 section. but if your budgeting for a Z06 you might consider a newer Grand sport (Z06 wide body, wheels, suspension, brakes, ect..) but with a LS2 motor. then TT it. the Grand sport is cool and if you are boosting it anyway it will be awesome.

z51 doesn't show the boost it took to make that power, more than likely it is higher than the c6z or has more mods and that's why it made more power... if I was going to boost a c6 I would get an ls3 grand sport, you have the widebody of the c6z but the car costs less

Nothing makes sense unless you have more details about this dyno runs...boost level, air fuel ratios. LS7s are not boost friendly whereas LS3 are.
