Is the guy in the video going fast? Yes, he is, as he clearly zips past the other cars, who are probably going 65 MPH. But look at how fast the trees, etc, on the shoulder are going through the camera's view. I would think that at 190 MPH, it would be nothing but a blur, but it isn't.

This video reminds me of the one from about 15-20 years ago, that they dredge up on old episodes of 'Cops', every once in a while, where they're chasing the dark colored C-4, way out in the desert, until the driver loses it, and clips the rear end of a tractor-trailer, and crashes off the side of the road....then runs away from the car!!

The narrator of the video says the Corvette is going 165 MPH.....and if it indeed was, it should be FLYING past those trucks, but it really isn't.....so unless the trucks are going 120 MPH, which I doubt, the 'Vette wasn't going 165.

I think the same thing about the posted video.

No way that dude is doing 195. 100, 120 maybe. Still incredibly stupid.

Yup, regardless he was swerving around traffic and zipping by cars. I understand wanting to open her up once in a while, but do so on open roads where no one else is in danger. Imagine if one of those cars merged over in front of him
