I agree. If you do get them to "work" then you might be adding in some stress points that might show up later on down the road. I would see about getting a new set sent to you first. Hope they work with you.

Looks like you need to add A LOT of material to make it fit.

If you end up getting those fenders to work, this is going to look incredible. Can't wait!

I have been talking to Pete and he is pleading my case to the manufacturer. Initially it was my fault that I didn't inspect the fenders close enough to find the cracks caused during shipping. My painter actually found them when I got around to starting the project.

The complete lack of proper fitment is an entirely different issue that will hopefully be seen by the manufacturer and I will be sent a new set asap.

Stay tuned gents.

I sure hope they take care of you…..

The product you received was not of top quality and your attempts to make it work should be taken into consideration….

If they are a reputable vendor they should send you a new set in my opinion. That good karma goes a long way with other potential customers…..

The wheels look awesome, I don't think I've ever seen a black C5 with that wheel tone….

Good luck…..

335/30-19 is an oddball tire size... 345s are quite common in comparison, as that was OEM on the Gen 3/4 Viper. 285/35-18F|345/30-19R will be fairly easy to find, look tough, and fit quite well, plus they will be available in plenty of great tire choices (Pilot Super Sport, for one).

Thanks for the suggestion. I still need to check the front wheels at full lock in each direction and make sure I have no issues.

Will a 285 look stretched at all on a 10.5" wheel?

I don't think so. I'm running 275 30 19's on 19x10 wheels up front and they fit perfect.

Pretty sad when a forum vendor has to 'plead you case' to the manufacturer when said vendor is the one you bought them from.

D Lil, car is going to look fantastic when done.

Not at all... Michelin specs their 265/35-18 for a 9-10.5" wheel, so a 285 would fit with no problem whatsoever

I run 275 30 18" on a 10.5" wheel and it looks like it was designed for the car. 345 30 19"on rears 13" wheel 1/8" spacer under L-5's

275/30-18 is short for that setup... are you sure it's not the 275/35-18?
