LED /Map light questions

LED /Map light questions
I have searched and searched. I CANT find the same problem on here.
I did find a similar problem with the V1 Radar.
So, this is a C5Z, with auto-dim mirror (with yellow/blue leds in it from factory)
I installed a Radar cord/ mirror tap. all is good with the exception it does not come on until you shut the doors. Figured thats just how it is. Until the new problem that happend last night, and me searching found this problem can be fixed by using the other ground in the mirror power plug.
Last night I installed 5-SMD White LEDs (194) in the 2 truck lights, 2 Foot well lights, and the glove box.
This morning, I go to leave my house for work in the car, and my detector will not power on.... the map lights are on as well. I have checked truck, and both doors, all are shut and working the switch. Tried the dimmer **** on the dash. all on they get briter, then back off and they are still on. checked the buttons on the mirror as well.
WHAT am I missing? I want my lights off when driving, and I want my rardar back working.

Update on this.
I read more about the auto-Dim mirror and the mirror tap for the detector, I was in the Orange, Brown pair on the mirror (per inviacord instructions). Swapped to Brown, black pair, and radar works with door open or closed. So that is nice to have right. BUT in doing so I unplugged the mirror to work on the plug.
This must have reset the mirror, as soon as I plugged it back in, the foot lights and Mirror lights went off like they should. and come on when they should as well..
SO i guess it was just confused, and this fixed the issue.
