Jack the car up so the suspension hangs
Front: Remove wheels, tighten bolt
Rear: Loosen nut (no need to remove wheels)
As Forest Gump said "simple is as simple does"...
If you do it the way that ZF Six suggests you'll screw up the corner weights and mess up the handling, as well as very likely strip out the front lowering bolts or spin them in the spring and ruin the front spring... And, if you look at the front bolts you will need to move them up into the spring (counter clockwise) direction, not tightening them... "DOH!!!!"
Save yourself a lot of aggravation and do it right the first time. Buying a new spring is an expensive lesson and having to take the car in to a good shop to get it set up right after you've messed it up is expensive too.
