I had a similar problem a few years ago. Not only could I not change the temperatures I also had problems turning it on & off. I sent it away to be repaired (I believe it was to the place in the previous post) and they could not fix it. I had a very difficult time getting it back along with my money. I had to buy a remanufactured unit, but I don't remember where I got it.
