They're fully compatible, if that's what you're asking. From the Z06 FAQ:
FE4 Suspension
The Z06 features a suspension system all its own designated FE4. It's not available on other Corvette models but is standard equipment on the Z06. It features a larger front stabilizer bar, a stiffer rear leaf spring, revised camber settings and unique shock calibrations, all engineered with a bias toward maximum control during high-speed operation.
The shock valving was revised in 2002, and again in 2004. The 2004 shocks are universally regarded as the best OEM units that GM offered for the Z06. But, this is all kinda irrelevant if you're getting DRM-valved Bilsteins.
Thank you for the info. I was considering offering my stock shocks for sale if they're different. That's all. The next question is if they're any good after 48k miles and 12 years?

Not really... at least they're certainly not worth much at this point. There's nothing wrong with trying to sell them though, as long as you're upfront about the age and mileage.

Anyone have a DIY for installing these? I hear the rears are easy. I hear the fronts are difficult. Someone mentioned a "zip lock method" but I don't know what that is.
