Surely you are kidding. The targa tops can be anywhere from 11-18 years old - GM is not going to do anything about them at this point. Time does take a toll on the car, including the targa top.
I have two Lexan tops for my 2001. First one got a rock chip after 7 years, so I got a second one. This is my DD and other than the rock chip on the first one, both tops look like new.
I use Zaino (Z5) on them regularly (wipe the top down with Zaino Z8 every day or two).

Just Google "Zaino Store" - it is a line of sealants which I have used on my C5 for years (and lots of others on this Forum). Other products like Chadwick's Triple Play would probably work equally as well on the Lexan Targa Top, but I have proof over years of using Zaino. I would not use "wax" personally on the top, unless that was all I had.
