Your welcomeI am sure your dad would have pitched in for us,maybe open a new thread that says this is what your doing for your dad,in case someone not following this thread and would like to pitch in? I am sure some people have got off this thread as it is 18 pages long Just a thought.
I sent some as well. You listed the non member price. There are a lot of members on here. I am sure one would get it at the member price. For that matter all of us who are members could include our membership numbers. They should honor that.

Thank you Matt. My sister seems to think he was a member, I don't know about that though he told me just about everything lol
I'm going to contact the NCM and see what they have to say. I'm not member so I assumed I would be paying that price. But I don't see why they wouldn't honor a bunch of members helping out.

Not too far from Summit so it could be a business trip!
LOL I don't think they'll ever send me back to Ohio Joe. But one of my best friends lives in Chicago and said if I fly there he'll drive me down. But he wants it to be during LSX FEST so we have a couple reasons lol
Generic copy and paste message I'M HAPPY TO REPORT
WE DID IT!!!!! Goal was $2500 and we got it. Now to let the funds clear and in my infinite amount of spare time get in contact with the guys at the NCM on working on a brick and see if I can get member price. If not I think 1 year membership is $50 so that will still save $50.
I'm thinking a C5 logo and a nice message. Something like

RIP Mr.Bill
I haven't been around the forums in about a year and was terribly saddened to read this. The hour it took me to read the entire thread brought me on a roller coaster of emotions.
Bill and I shared two passions. Corvettes and our Jeff Gordon memorabilia. I recall him sending me pictures of personalized autographed items and stories of meeting Jeff through out the years. He had an impressive collection. I loved his humour, wit, and charm. Always had a way to bring out the best of any situation.
Although I never had the privilege of meeting Bill, I am happy to have "known" such a great person. My condolences to his family and wish you all the best. Can't wait to see the brick posted during my next visit.
