Per the offset calculator, the fourth-gen salad shooter (which is 16x8 +55, FYI) loses 35mm from the back and 29mm from the front compared to a factory Z06 rear wheel (18x10.5 +58). So yes, the combo clears the body.
As far as whether the ID of the wheel will be large enough to clear the brake and suspension components, I do not know for sure. I am finding nothing about brake interference, but these guys are talking about suspension interference:
