I've been ordering parts like a crazy person over here and I think I've finally got the updated look for the car that I'm looking for. Here's a quick photoshop of the updates. Wheels will take about a month and a half to get here, but I can't wait to get it all together and get some real pics!
Looks good! What size wheels and tires did you go with?
I'm doing 18" front and 19" rear, 245 front 285 back but I've customized the offsets to get the spacing I have now without the spacers & adapters I'm currently using. Should save me A LOT of rotational weight, plus I can now have concavity to the wheels!!
Looks good I would lose the BSM's it would give it a much more modern look not liking the nitto decal ON the wheels maybe paint your calipers yellow instead...
That will look really good on your car. Could you give details on the manufacturer of the wheels and where you got them?
Wheels are 18" and 19" staggered Forgestar CF5's and I got them from Jason and Eric at Getyourwheels.com. They are on this forum username GetYourWheels

Probably one of the top C5's I've seen... Outstanding. Would like to hear about your headlights - brand, install issues, performance and your satisfaction
thanks

Thanks for the compliment, the headlights are the Cheap-o DEPO's. I was running a 3K HID kit for a while, just switched over to 5K because the east coast has a problem with colored light. Install was easy apart from the fact that you need to drill some mounting holes for the brackets and space is very tight where you're trying to drill, so you need a really good drill bit and a LOT of patience. Another problem was that I didn't originally run external power to the HID's, which ended up putting a lot of strain on my electrical system and frying the headlight switch. Lesson learned...

Happy to help you out! Excited to see the outcome, you chose right with Matte Antique Bronze
Freakin sick... did you make your splitter? If not..where did you get it.
If so....tutorial?
Thanks, the splitter is made by APR. You used to have to call them, as it's custom and they don't offer it on their website. That was a long time ago though, maybe they do now...

Looks bitch'n brother !! Not to side track your thread, but in a earlier post I was requesting pics of wheel colors and your wheel color has hit home with me. If you don't mind, what is the color designation from the wheel manufacturer. I think that color would work well with my Torch Red FRC as well. Again, nice looking ride !!

Thanks,
Forgeline doesn't offer the wheel in this color. I ordered them through Getyourwheels.com (see above post) and they offer a custom finish called matte antique bronze. It's a significant upcharge, but I think it's worth it
