Disagree with this part. There is tons of ancient knowledge is those older posts. Questions that were answered 10 years ago constantly pop up in new posts only to be redirected back to an old post.
I agree with your disagreement - I read the forum and absorb miscellaneous information. Sometimes I don't know what I don't know, and one day it might come in handy to know, you know? I would never know if someone didn't dig up an ancient thread.
The worst pet peeve I have on car forums are the "search police" , these guys are the most detrimental to the flow of current , relevant information that people need.
Someone chimes in asking for some current info on "whatever" and the response is " go search "
New information comes up and should be shared, rather then reffering to 5 year old threatds you find on google.

Yeah, what he said. Thanks ***** that's a good one!
1. When someone goes to the last page of a 3 page thread and makes a post, based on some of the previous post, (that has no relevance) on the question or comment of the OP's original post.
Everyone hypes chimay but I'm not a big fan. It's okay I guess. My favorite is Victory, they are based out of PA.
What's everyone else on about?
You hold your tongue about chimay! It's made with unfiltered water and monk urine, so you know it's good!
Victory does make some tasty beverages though, can't deny that one. Honestly I've only had chimay once, I never would have bought it for myself but my boss bought some.
I'm a Corona kind of guy, which reminds me i need to tune up the lawnmower tomorrow
Hey Surfer G, Did you tune the lawnmower yet? I use sta-bil in my mower and it stays in tune pretty well! I bought a new roto tiller last year but need to start it up soon.
OK, I recommend drinking Corona while fixing your lawnmower. It can also be used to wash last year's grime off the spinning blades. Weisenstephaner Vitus (weizenbock) is my current favorite, but it should only be used internally.

I did, thank you. I use sta-bil as well, but a cold Corona makes it fun to work on stuff. You can't have to much fun, which reminds me again to get some more Corona.
