CD Changer malfunction...????

Default CD Changer malfunction...????
Fist let me say that I have owned this car for less than a week...
Loaded the CD changer and it plays however no matter which forward or reverse buttons I push (have tried them all) it changes tracks but will not go to the next (or any other) CD...
Is this a common problem...is there an easy fix...???

Button #5 on the radio controls the changing of cd1 to cd2, etc.
