Good day everyone, I am trying to help my father find wheels for his 03 Z06, the problem that he has been having is that he doesnt like the quality of the ~1000 dollar repro wheels, he wants the chrome to look as good in the barrel as it does on the face, I have told him chances are the only way to get the quality he is looking for is to go with a considerably more expensive forged wheel, so I am asking you guys, are there any forged wheels that look like the factory Z wheels in chrome or is there a better quality repro wheel that I just havent found?

I am running a set of reproduction C5 Z06 wheels on my car - they were manufactured by Factory Reproductions. They are not the Z06 size (they are 17x8.5 and 18x9.5), but I will admit that at least with that set of wheels they did get the chrome on the barrels of the wheels to look pretty darn good. Not perfect like the face of the wheel, but IMO they shine up very well.
You could always shell out the cost of a very nice set of high polished CCWs - they are awesome wheels and look good on the C5.
