I installed new Bilstein shocks recently and now the drivers side rear bangs when hitting bumps. I've retorqed the sway bars, checked for anything loose and so far can't find the problem. Any suggestions?

Grab the rear shock at the top and see if you have any movement at the rubber bushings and did you use the new bushings or the old ones. If the bushings are not snugged down enough or old you will get metal to metal contact when hitting bumps

That would be my guess. Bilstein says to torque the new bushings down to 19 ftlb - about twice that will work better.
Forget the torque spec. You need to tighten the top nut until the bushings are squeezed between the top and bottom washers and expand to about the same size as the washers. In other words, they need to be squashed and forced to the edge of the washers.
