Something that gives you protection from the sun. I like to use polish that has UV protection. From what i have seen over the years on different tops the sun does the most damage then anything else. Garage kept is the best. If you would not use it on the paint don't use it on the lexan!

there is a large selection. can you help me out.
which number to you use. do you use a different type for the top vs. the car itself
I alternate between the z2 & z5. Either one will do the trick. z5 is a little more coarse, good for fine scratches. z2 is the finish polish. These are used over the whole car. There are other fine products that can be used, I use zanio.

Same thing here Z2 and/or Z5. I also use Z6 and/or Z8 to wipe the car (and top) down usually every day (since I have a black car).
Chadwick's Triple Play is also an all-in-one option.
I feel like one of the tricks to keeping the roof in top condition is to use something almost daily to make sure it has a fresh cost of some protectant. I have been doing the above routine almost daily for 15 years on my C5 and the transparent top still look like new. I also have limited sun exposure during the daytime (drive mostly at night).
