I have a 2004 coupe. A few months ago my driver's side window quit working. I've kind of let that go because it was in the closed position. Now my passenger side window quit working, but it was half-way up when it stopped. When I push the button i can hear a click, but no motor sound or anything. Any ideas?

My 04 did the same thing but a month apart. You need new window actuators. Luckily for me I have an aftermarket warranty that fully covered the replacements.

Mine did the same thing. Took the door panels off & tapped on the motors and they work now.
Sometimes having someone push on the window switch and then slam the door shut the motor will free up.
The motors get dead spots and need help.
The last 6 months so far so good. Did not want to pay for new regulators.
Got the info from Digital Corvette site.
My passenger side did the same thing. Just stopped. Pulled the door panel off and the motor was hot. Rather then try to put a band-aid on it and make it work temporarily, I opted for a new motor and regulator. Found brand new factory GM motor and regulator on Ebay for $99. An hour of my time later and I am back up and operational.
The actuators were good. If you can hear it click with you push the button up and down, your most likely good. A quick sanity check on that is to connect a multimeter or test light to the plug and see if you have 12vdc at the plug when you press the button.

Will need to get into the driver side and jumper the motor to start diagnostics.
For the passenger side I need to know if it can be operated from the driver side or the passenger side, or neither.
I also need you to verify the fuses in the I/P box are good. 30/31 for the right side and 33/34 for the left.
I have the info for removing the door panels at home I can post later
You said you hear a click in your first post when you press the window button. That narrows it down to the motor assembly. That click is the relay closing and thus supplying power to the motor. So you know there's a 99% chance your motor is getting power. (confirm with a test light as I stated above if you have any doubt). If your getting power to the connector but no window action, you have a bad or stuck motor. Even if it is stuck and you free it up, it will eventually fail again. Order and replace.
This is the exact failure mode I experienced with my driver's window recently - the "tap/bang/slam door" fix had no effect, it worked fine up until it didn't.
I also ordered the $90 replacement assembly from CorvetteMods, it's a relatively easy install (other than the PITA process to get the window properly aligned after replacement), but on older cars expect the rubber "pocket" cover seal to disintegrate...I just replaced mine with trim seal caulking and heavy plastic sheet. Plan on two hours to complete.
For $90, why bother with the banging and slamming..just replace it!
