Default Problem with new DIC code

I finally was able to change the oil and take my 2000 coupe out for a nice ride today in ohio and it was running great with no problems , I was on my way home and suddenly got a check engine light. I pulled the car over and did the on car diagnostics and got a PO430 code which is a (catalyst system efficiency bank 2 ) My question is ,do you thinks its from sitting for the winter ( p.s. I run it once a week for about 15 minutes thru out winter time, any thoughts Thanx

Idling 15 minutes once a week for 5 months could foul up the emission system. Runs rich until it reaches a certain temp. I would take her out and burn the carbon out of it. That's just me.

Idling 15 minutes 20 times over the winter equals 300 minutes which is 5 hours of idling. Do you think that's good for it?

The OP's practice is not a good idea.
