Upgraded Engine Compartment Pics..

Installed a radiator shroud cover, windshield washer tank, and engine coolant tank all in torch red. Just some minor upgrades to start. Bought
them off a forum member. These were installed in my 98, they came off a Z06, I have yet to get a low coolant message...

Some color in the engine bay is a good thing.

Just curious though why you mention a low coolant message?

I guess with the newer 01 and up coolant tanks there is no sensor in the tank, so the sensor from the 97-00 has nothing to hook into so it shows that it is low (open circuit). The connector from the 97-00 has to be jumpered to ground so it thinks that it is full..thus no low coolant sign in the dic. I think this is right..

Guess I never realized they were different. Mines a '98 as well. Will have to remember that when it's time to change mine out. Engine bay is lookin good.
