Went to Atwoods and bought a $5.00 piece of hardware cloth... cut a template out of card board and then a prototype...pics are of prototype the pieces I cut out and installed are neater and had a couple of coats of JD muffler paint...
I didn't want the Z06 look... and I didn't want to COVER up the fog lights....
The lip slips between the front facia and the fog light/vent housing and is held in place by friction...will keep larger items from being sucked up against and blocking my green filter...
Plus they almost match the brake vent screens

Did mine similarly three years ago when I bought it. The Vararam was installed by a previous owner and squirrels could make a nest if they wanted to.
Used a piece of gutter guard screen material from Home Depot. Cut them out with avation snips, bent them to fit and painted them black.
I really like the look of my matching RaceMesh screens for the fog lights and brake cooling duct. They also hide the bolts from the vararam. But they are not cheap. Made a good gift idea.

That looks awesome...maybe someone will see this and get me some for my b-day...
