Default starting suspension upgrade

finally got everything to start my upgrade on my 97 suspension, new end links, new rubber bushings, sways and shocks out of a 2004 zo6 with 24k on them. also going to replace a front bearing hub that is rumbling when I turn right.

From your profile it looks like you have a C5 coupe. If you're putting Z06 sways on you must be running bigger tires on the back? When I investigated sways, C6 Z51 bars were recommended on a C5 running stock tires. The Z06 bars are too big and actually make the handling worse on stock size tires. (at least according to my research) Of course, as always, I could be wrong.

you are correct, my research said the same if I was using c6 zo6 sways, but these are c5. the c5 zo6 rear sways are 23.6mm, the c6 are like 28mm. the c5 z51 are also 23.6 from 00 to 04 and 21.7mm 97 to 99 so I think it will be ok. also I am running stock size wheels. I don`t think its so much a wheel size problem, but not resetting the camber to keep more tire on the road under hard turning that makes the c6zo6 sways not work so well on a c5

Good luck with the upgrade. Update us on the results once the parts are on the car and you've driven it a bit.
