Hey all, just wanted to stop in and make my first post in this section of the forum. Had a C5 Z51 (pictured) that now belongs to my father (his first vette), and I just picked up this beauty Saturday.
2003 with 16K miles, stock except for SLP Blackwing intake and Corsa Sport exhaust.
Great looking car. Black is tough to keep looking nice but when it is no other color looks as good. I bought a DA polisher, educated myself tried some different products & have been very happy with the end result. I actually enjoy putting the work in as long as the results are rewarding when I'm done & with black the results ARE there.

I'll definitely have to look into picking oen up. Most of my other rides have been blue or silver so I've had it pretty easy until now. Told myself I'd never own a black car, saw the ad, and bought it the next day.
