Default Bad abs sensor?

Car is throwing this code. Excessive wheel speed I have 09 vette with 275 18's all the way around. Is this the reason it's throwing the code or is the sensor actually bad?

I cleared the code already and it came right back right away. Though maybe my door connector to the bcm came loose again. Not the case this time

I do believe the front tires have to be smaller than rear tires for ABS/Traction control to work correctly. I am sure someone who knows for sure will chime in.

I think it's because of the 18's on the front

I would assume a new Hub would be in order then.

Most likely NONE of the above. Wheel Speed Sensors seldom go bad. More often the wiring to the sensor is damaged or the contact surfaces inside the connector halves that connect the sensor to the car wiring has corrosion or bent/deformed surfaces that are NOT making good electrical contact.

Jack the Left front and remove the wheel. Examine the wiring to the wheel speed sensor for damage and repair as needed.

Separate the halves of the connector and check for corrosion or malformed contact surfaces that are not making good electrical contact. Repair as needed.

Clear the codes (I'll assume you know how to do that) and take the car for a nice ride. When you return pull the codes BEFORE you shut off the engine. To pull codes with the engine running you need to use the reset key to clear all messages from the DIC and then pull codes as normal.
